The one we currently use goes back to what was IMO the hey-day of sports gaming (the 90's-00's). Ideally, I hope that companies decide to adopt a better, more appropriate business model for sports games sales. 2k11 was as at least a good enough game engine that, with roster updates for the solo player or continued support for online people, we could have lived with it for a long time. Idk, I still get where they're coming from though. I never really got too deep with actually playing online, but if I had a 30 man league going that'd probably change my viewpoint. Thats true, from my perspective of just trying to snag a few mods before the servers close, its not a big deal. man this GRINDS MY GEARS an i have supported 2k since they first released their first bball game

I had 30 man leagues of active sim players but thats no longer viable with this incomplete association setup. 2k11 is still better even though its less flashier than 12. Because EA didnt release a game this year it seems like they didnt care to releasae this incomplete game. Association doesnt work and the way it works is horrible without any admin options.

Leagues are missing along with basic Myplayer online modes. THATS crap because you dont sell a prototype game for 60 dollars. THey said it themselves in interview that they "experimented" this year with new netcode and had to take out important gamemodes for the game to work.

THis is a blantant way of making people buy 2k12 even though its not ever finished. Nothing wrong? bro i was playing 2k8 online when 2k10 was releases and playing 2k10 during 2k11. We want them to make a quality product every year, and they deliver, so much so that they need moves like this to protect their yearly investments. If the servers for 2k11 weren't shutting down, there'd be little motivation for anyone to consider 2k12. Thanks, and even though I'm trying beat the deadline here, I must say that I can't blame 2k for this. Hey, considering grabbing a copy of 2k11 prior to the server shutdown, but a quick question: Is there a way to save online draft classes to the hard drive like rosters or custom teams?
